Processing Time:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. During sales or holidays, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping is $4.99. If the order is over $75 it ships free.
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns:
Exchanges and In Store Credit Only within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. All sales are final on Sale Items, Shoes & Bralettes. Item must be unworn and tags must be attached.
For Exchanges, please email elleandbecksboutique@gmail.com. A packing slip will be sent to you to return your item. Once the item is received, the exchange will be sent to your or an online gift card will be sent for the in store credit.
